Inside Underground Cities

Rumors have been surfacing for decades about the darkest of government secrets - concealed underground cities called DUMBS. D.U.M.B is an acronym for  ‘DeepUnderground Military Bases.

Eye witnesses report that the hidden bases are about the size of a medium sized city. These underground cities range from 10 miles to 30 miles across with an average depth of four and a quarter miles under the ground. Some are shallower and some are even deeper.

In America alone, there is an estimated 140 DUMBS and they have allegedly been under construction day and night since the 1940s. Most of the tunneling activity is beneath military installations and all information is highly restricted. There are an estimated 1500 DUMBS worldwide with 2 underground bases being built every year in the U.S.

 

Rumors about the hidden underground cities are fueled by ex-employees and whistleblowers with intelligence connections…but is there any substance to these rumors? At great personal risk to themselves, whistleblowers have talked publicly about these massive underground installations located in Area 51, the Northrop facility in Antelope Valley, California (rumored to have 42 levels) and the Lockheed installation near Edwards, California. Installations are also said to exist under US AFBs, US Navy Bases and US Army Bases, FEMA Military Training Camps and DHS control centers. Ex-employees claim that the deep “underground cities” and tunnels are connected by high-speed magnetic-levitation trains with speeds of up to 1500 MPH.

Several books have been written about the secret underground cities including ‘Underground Bases and Tunnels: What is the Government Trying to Hide?' by Richard Sauder. Sauder is a Ph.D. architect who went public with information about the work he did for a number of government agencies. In his book, he describes nuclear powered laser drilling machines that can drill an underground tunnel seven miles long in a single day. The drill goes through rock at a tremendous rate and literally melts the rock away to form a smooth glass like surface around the edges of the tunnels.

In the September, 1983 issue of Omni, there is a color drawing of the Los Alamos nuclear-powered tunnel machine called 'The Subterrene'. A number of patents were filed by scientists at Los Alamos, a few federal technical documents were written and then the whole thing just dropped out of sight. The government never tries to deny the existence of underground facilities which they claim are used for “storage and defense”.

In 1973, L Fletcher Prouty, a retired US Air Force Colonel, wrote a book called ‘The Secret Team’. From 1955 to 1963,  Prouty was the liaison between the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense for military support of what he calls Special Operations. His position gave him access to a wide range of political, intelligence and military operatives - all the way from Washington, DC and the Pentagon to the far corners of the globe. He observed the full spectrum of secret operations and policy making.

The Secret Team is the name of “a powerful, brutally violent and treacherous international team”, says Prouty, 'with operatives in the academic world (scholars), in intelligence agencies (spies), in the military (both officers and enlisted personnel), in private industry (businessmen & women), in the world of corporate and public sector high finance (bankers, financiers and stock brokers), in the news media (electronic & print journalists), in the publishing industry in the United States and abroad (book publishers).'' It has powerful connections in dozens of countries all over the world. According to Prouty, the Secret Team overthrows and influences governments almost at will, all over the globe. At the core of the Secret Team are members of the CIA, the National Security Council, and various and sundry other military and civilian officials, intelligence operatives, business people and academics.

The Secret Team is "the real power structure" which Prouty compares to “a sprawling octopus”. It  has the world and the United States in its deadly grasp. Prouty provides evidence for a secret tunnel system in the US and MagLev technology. He shows how an underground city is hidden and how it's construction is cloaked from view.  He also reveals undersea operations and the navy's special underwater construction teams and offices. Members of this group have top secret clearance.

The Black Budget

The Black Budget  is a concealed budget that garners 25% of the gross national product of the United States. It currently consumes $1.25 trillion per year and is used to fund black programs including the construction, concealment and protection of DUMBS.  Each underground city costs between 17 and 26 billion dollars to build and employs 10,000 to 18,000 workers. Ever wondered what happened to the trillions in so called losses after the banksters fleeced the sheep and cooked the books at AIG, Lehman Brothers, Worldcom, Enron and other mega corporations and were then rewarded with taxpayer bailouts?

Tim Weiner, author of The Blank Check: The Pentagon's Black Budget, writes “There are two governments in the United States today. One is visible. The other is invisible. The first is the government that citizens read about in their newspapers and children study about in their civics books.” The second is highly secretive, interlocking agencies that carry out hidden agendas.

Are DUMBS underground resorts for the global elite?

Why has Norway built a highly fortified and guarded underground seed repository? Why are governments building a world wide underground system of cities that are interconnected by tunnels? Why have they developed a 13 million dollar machine (and there are many of these tunnel machines) that can dig a mile of tunnel large enough for a two lane highway in a matter of minutes? Where is all the money really going and why? Are they expecting a global disaster perhaps? An apocalypse? An engineered nuclear war? A pole shift? Ice age? Some other catastrophic “depopulating” event? Underground cities are reportedly capable of accommodating millions - not billions of people. If you aren't an insider and you haven\t made reservations, you're out of luck.

"Whistle-blower", George Green, believes an imminent nuclear war is being orchestrated by the illuminati. This nuclear war is aimed, according to Green, at reducing the world's population to 500 million. He believes that underground cities will serve as a shield for the global elite .

Are DUMBS populated with aliens?

In May 1995, Philip Schneider gave a public lecture on his discoveries about the DUMBS. Schneider was an ex-government structural engineer who was involved in building underground military bases around the United States. For the last two years of his life, Schneider gave lectures about government cover-ups, black budgets, UFOs and aliens. Schneider was never able or willing to prove his allegations.  His claims received little mainstream attention but caused quite a buzz in UFO enthusiast circles.  On January 17, 1996,  Schneider was found dead in his apartment with piano-wire wrapped around his neck. Some suggest he was murdered in a military-style execution and brutally tortured before his death.

According to a former Canadian military officer, nobody wants to believe the true sinister nature that lies in the mysteries surrounding thousands of deep underground military bases scattered throughout the world. He uses the name "Timothy" but that's not his real name. "I am not about to use my name and risk incarceration since I would be in violation of our country's State Secrets Act. More than 3,000 people have been killed for trying to talk about what goes on in these underground bases. It's basically a death sentence..."

Timothy tells a wild story of underground military bases where animal and human sacrifices nourish the bowels of “creatures” that have inhabited the earth long before man arrived. He doesn't expect anybody to believe him, saying most people will think he's talking science fiction anyway. But nevertheless he feels compelled to speak, to risk life and limb as the New World Order zeroes in on the last stages of its incredible worldwide population reduction plan. "They have been delayed with their plan to reduce the world's population by 80 percent but the globalists are now stepping up their activities," said Timothy, in an extended conversation from Germany where he's employed in the aerospace industry.

Timothy became privy to top secret information when he served as a junior officer in the Canadian Armed Forces in the aerospace engineering branch, while working at one of the secret deep underground military bases at Cold Lake in Canada.What he learned and what he has been researching ever since leaving the military is how this network of underground bases not only houses and conceals “non-human life forms” with incredible powers, but conceals an underground warehouse of sophisticated super-human technology. That technology is used for mind control, advanced military weaponry and weather manipulation with the eventual goal of depopulating the world.

Timothy recalled first being alerted to the underground military base phenomenon when he researched the mysterious events surrounding cattle manipulation in Alberta, Canada in the late 1970’s. "The reasons given were unusual for this and it was the suppression of the outcry and true angst I sensed from the cattle farmers protesting outside of Calgary that first got to me. This was the first time I realized there was something seriously wrong. The hush-hush of this left a lasting impression. With the outbreak of the (Swine, Avian) flu virus , I feel compelled to break my silence.” 

James Casbolt is a former MI6 agent who worked in 'Black Ops' in London between 1995 and 1999. James comes from a line of intelligence people. His grandfather was naval intelligence, his father was MI6 who was also involved in 'Black ops' and his uncle was an MI5 officer in Logistics. The bases, says James, are on average the size of a medium sized city and "yes, there are aliens in them". James is connected to ex intelligence people who have worked in these underground bases and on other ET related projects. There are vast numbers of children and adults disappearing around the world and ending up in these underground bases. As a former MI6 Agent, he has seen aliens first hand and has inside information that shocks even the most disbelieving person.

Conclusion

What if whistleblowers like MI6 agent James Casbolt, Phd architect and author Richard Sauder, retired US Air Force Colonel L Fletcher Prouty, author Tim Weiner, structural engineer Philip Schneider and a Canadian military officer are all telling the truth? What if a hidden, secret network of underground cities and tunnels really does exist around the globe? What if sinister plans by the ruling elite also exists? One can only guess that the stuff they’re doing way “down there” isn't for the benefit of humankind since none of us have reservations or even a time share.
